What does it mean to you to reach the final of the BAPM Annual HR Awards 2022?

To be among the finalists in the annual BAMP HR Awards 2022 is a recognition both for me and for our team. On the one hand, this is the reward for our efforts, but on the other – an aspiration to be an inspiration not only for professionals in the HR field but also for all current and future colleagues.

Which are the moments in your career that you have the most vivid memories of and consider the most important?

The first time that I conducted an interview as a Recruitment Specialist – it was frightening and responsible at the same time. And subsequently, it became a sweet routine to welcome people and introduce them to the world of Coca-Cola HBC and our Shared Services Center in particular. These emotions gave me confidence and the desire to take over the coordination of the onboardings for new colleagues – every time their attitude and appreciation for what they have learned is an invaluable reward.

When I accepted the role of HR business partner, I extended my palette of responsibilities with numerous processes that determined the employee experience in the workplace – onboarding processes, engagement initiatives, performance and skills evaluations, development steps, remote work policies, etc. Combined with the initial uncertainty, that I believe most people experience, this role gave me scope to change processes and practices for the better – for the company and the colleagues. And the best part is when they appreciate it – they showed it to me with the “HR business partner” award in the annual ceremony, honoring the achievements of our employees at the end of 2022, and I thank them for the recognition with all my heart.
