Launched in 1910, MARTINI® Bianco earned the name ‘Bianchissimo’ or the whitest, inspired by the white flowers of the vanilla plant.

MARTINI Bianco is a white vermouth that has a unique base made from white wines and extracts of aromatic herbs and flowers. At its heart is a combination of herbs and sweet, floral spices producing a soft, light and delicate style.

The botanicals give a slight bitterness, but it is harmonious and easy to approach. The blend is a well-balanced mixture between the vanilla notes and the aromatic herbs; between both sweet and bitter notes.

MARTINI Rosso is a bold, sweet red vermouth with a deep scarlet hue and a rich, bittersweet and aromatic taste. Crafted with Italian wines and botanicals, it’s perfect in a Negroni or Americano, bringing Italian aperitivo style to any occasion.

The highly perfumed bitter-sweet edge and herbal character make it a naturally refreshing company. The botanicals are powerful in character, rich and complex.

At its core are a large proportion of Italian herbs: Artemisia, Summer Savory and Dittany balanced with exotic bitter-sweet woods.

Luigi Rossi’s original recipe developed in the 1860’s that became one of the most celebrated and decorated of Piedmont’s aromatised wines. The recipe has been passed down by each of our individual Master Herbalists.

Rosato blends deep notes of cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg with the lighter aromatics of raspberry and lemon.

A particularly delicate infusion process to create a soft-toned, perfumed spiced style.

In 1890 of Luigi Rossi’s sons began to develop a recipe to create a new MARTINI® style. As much the perfectionists as their father it took nearly 10 years before on New Year’s Day 1900 at the beginning of the new millennium MARTINI® Extra Dry was finally unveiled.

MARTINI Extra Dry captures the essence of the rare woods, herbs and citrus that makes up the secret recipe. This dry white vermouth displays tart, violet-scented notes and a bright finish.

MARTINI® Extra Dry uses a complex blend in order to deliver the delicate key notes of the many botanicals it uses.

Starbright, pale gold with a delicate perfume you may perceive notes from the raspberry and lemon distillates over a background of orris, with slight touches of wood all finishing with well-balanced fresh acidity.

MARTINI Riserva Speciale Rubino Vermouth is a bold sweet red vermouth, crafted from Italian wines and botanicals like red sandalwood and artemisia. Rich and herbaceous with a bitter finish, it elevates a Negroni or enjoy over ice with tonic.

The structured blend of wines gives RISERVA SPECIALE RUBINO a consistent body, a pleasant red color with ruby tones, and tannins from the Nebbiolo that blend perfectly with the herbs and woods used to flavor it, creating a full, long-lasting and unforgettable taste.

The profile is full-bodied, rich in bitterness, woody, herbaceous and complex.

MARTINI Riserva Speciale Ambrato is a refined Vermouth di Torino made from 100% Italian wines and rare botanicals including Roman chamomile. Floral and honeyed with a touch of bitterness, it's a refreshing tasting aperitivo served with tonic and lime.

The blend of fragrant and aromatic wines gives RISERVA SPECIALE AMBRATO a light but consistent body, a pleasant amber color and a slight bitterness that pairs perfectly with the botanicals, woods and spices used to flavor it, creating a delicious and persistent aperitif that fills the palate with flavors.

PROFILE: Medium-bodied, slightly bitter, sherry, floral and honeyed.

MARTINI Riserva Speciale Bitter is a traditional Italian bitter inspired by a recipe from 1872 that combines rare botanicals to create a rich, complex bitterness with notes of exotic spices. Use it in a classic Negroni or lighter drinks such as the MARTINI Americano.

Blend of botanicals and spices sourced worldwide. These including saffron, Calumba root, angostura barks and three types of Italian artemisia to create a unique and gentle bitter taste.

Only high-quality wines, herbs, and other plant products carefully selected by master herbalists are used in its production. This makes the final product very special. 

Production steps: 

As with other Martini Aperitifs, the base of the product is selected quality wines, from which alcohol is removed using a special technique, while preserving the authentic flavor characteristics. Then, the extract from the soaked herbs and plant products is added to the wine. The result is an aperitif that is unmistakably authentic MARTINI. 

The entire process is 100% natural.
