INTRODUCTION

Gin Mare is an embodiment of the spirit of the Mediterranean, just like the four main botanical extracts in its blend: Arbequina olives, thyme, basil, and rosemary. The distillery is located in an ancient fishing village between Costa Brava and Costa Dorada. The story begins in the 18th century in a small chapel, which was later rebuilt stone by stone by several monks to become the home of the Florentine still (a single still of 250 liters), where the production of each bottle of Gin Mare takes place. Part of the production stages include the selection, analysis, and tasting of over a hundred herbs to create the final blend.

Gin Mare is perfect for consumption near the sea, well chilled with tonic or mixed in a cocktail.
