An exclusive event will take place at the iconic restaurant Niko'las 0°/360°, where Chef Tsvetomir Nikolov will create a menu inspired by the limited-edition whisky.

Just a few days ago, Scottish distillery The Macallan introduced in Bulgaria its limited-edition release, Vibrant Oak, part of The Macallan Harmony Collection, created in collaboration with Cirque du Soleil. The new addition will be celebrated with an elegant culinary experience that will take guests on a journey through flavours, aromas, textures, and emotions. The exclusive event will be hosted at the iconic Niko'las 0°/360° restaurant, where Chef Tsvetomir Nikolov - renowned for his prestigious awards and mastery in the art of fine dining - will craft a unique menu inspired by the character and rich flavour profile of The Macallan Harmony Collection Vibrant Oak.

The limited-edition The Macallan Harmony Collection Vibrant Oak is crafted in harmony with nature, craftsmanship, and emotion - the values that stand behind every bottle of The Macallan. Aged in sherry oak casks - mostly first-fill and selected second-fill - the whisky reveals delicate notes of vanilla, citrus, and sweet oak, typical of American oak. The special fine-dining menu will reinterpret this flavour in a new way - through a four-course culinary journey, where each dish represents the spirit of the characters from the artistic concept SPIRITS, inspired by Cirque du Soleil. The story of Ayla, a colourist in search of colour to awaken her senses, will be brought to life through dishes with vibrant textures, balanced flavours, and visual contrasts.
