The company won prestigious recognition in the “Food & Beverage” sector in the tenth edition of the awards
Coca-Cola HBC Bulgaria was awarded as a leader in the “Food and Beverage” sector of the largest business information services group in Southeast Europe - ICAP CRIF Bulgaria, part of the international CRIF group, located on 4 continents. For the tenth consecutive year, the "TRUE LEADERS" initiative recognized the leading companies in Bulgaria that have emerged as leaders in their sector, and simultaneously meet several measurable and objective criteria. The winning companies were awarded at an official ceremony at Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia on the 8th of December, in the presence of more than 200 senior management representatives of leading Bulgarian and international companies, as well as representatives of chambers of commerce and industry organizations.
The "TRUE LEADERS" award for Coca-Cola HBC Bulgaria was presented to Stefan Galabov, CFO of the company, by Eng. Milen Stanoev, Director of Zlatna Panega Cement AD.
"Being a leader means taking on the responsibility to be the best example in every way - for your customers, partners, consumers, and society as a whole. And we willingly bear this responsibility. Our socio-economic performance is a sure sign that consistent steps are leading to the desired achievements. In the past year, the Coca-Cola System invested BGN 131 million in Bulgarian business, and our economic impact is expressed in the added value of BGN 640 million. We generate 1% of the country's tax revenue and each job in the System maintains 4 external jobs. And what we believe in is that when the people you work with share the company's mission, vision, and values, success is not delayed." said Stefan Galabov on the recognition.
This year, the “TRUE LEADERS” awards honored a total of 42 Bulgarian companies in various industries that have maintained their positions as the most profitable companies, strengthened their leadership positions in the sector, and increased their staff over the past year. The ranking of each participant is determined based on several measurable indices, which are calculated using officially published information and do not involve subjective jury assessment or public surveys.
