New Digital & Technology Platform Director for Coca-Cola HBC Bulgaria

Anna Boyanova succeeds Elena Kirova, who continues her career with the company in a new role at the group level


Anna Boyanova is Coca-Cola HBC Bulgaria's new Digital & Technology Platform Director. In her new role, she will be responsible for building on the company's digital strategy and establishing digital technology as a key competitive advantage for the organization’s business. Boyanova succeeds Elena Kirova, who takes on a new IT role, with increased responsibilities, at the group level as Platform Manager - Integrated Order Management, for all Coca-Cola HBC’s 29 markets.

Boyanova has over 15 years of experience in digital technology and innovation. She started her career in the Shared IT Services Center of Coca-Cola Hellenic and has held various expert roles dedicated to the development of system solutions. Her extensive experience has played a key role in the successful development of several initiatives. Over the years, she has moved through positions of increasing responsibility, leading multiple projects to implement innovative technologies in Coca-Cola HBC’s markets.

Anna Boyanova's team plays a leading role in the development of innovative strategies aimed at optimizing business processes and improving the customer experience. Her new role responsibilities are related to the company’s overall digital transformation in terms of efficiency and increased competitiveness, workflow improvement through the integration of robotic and automated software solutions, responsible application of AI, technology integration, cybersecurity, etc.

Anna Boyanova holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Freiburg in Breisgau, Germany. She is married and has two children.
