Renato Beritic is the new Supply Chain Director of Coca-Cola HBC Bulgaria

450 professionals from the company's Supply Chain Function will work under his leadership, including the employees at the factories in Kostinbrod and Bankya


Renato Beritic takes the position of Supply Chain Director at Coca-Cola HBC Bulgaria. Under his leadership in the country will be 450 professionals responsible for logistics, planning, procurement, health, safety and environment, engineering, and other areas in the company, as well as the employees in its production centers in Kostinbrod and Bankya.

He succeeds Panche Ninovski, who remains in the Coca-Cola HBC family as Supply Chain Director for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. During his leadership, Bulgaria’s Supply Chain Function team was awarded the Best in Supply Chain 2021 among all 29 countries in the Coca-Cola HBC Group.

He has many years of experience at Coca-Cola HBC, starting his career in Croatia in 1996 in the responsible position of Plant Quality Assurance. Over the past 25 years, he has held several technical and management roles in several markets within the Group. In his most recent position, as Supply Chain Director for Ukraine, Armenia, and Moldova, he successfully coped with the growing and highly volatile demand and achieved record high levels of supply in three consecutive years, while at the same time improving the level of service. Renato Beritic graduated in Chemical-Technological Processes from the Faculty of Technology at the University of Split, Croatia. He is married and has two sons.
