Coca-Cola HBC Bulgaria Launches the One-Year Coke Internship 2026 Programme, Opening New Opportunities for Young Talent

Coca-Cola HBC Bulgaria has opened applications for the eighth edition of its internship programme, Coke Internship 2026, which this year introduces an enhanced format and will run over a one-year period. The programme starts on 1 June and offers 12 open positions across different business functions, providing young talent with the opportunity to gain real professional experience and develop in a dynamic international environment.

Through our internship programme, we give students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a real business environment and to unlock their potential, while also aiming to engage them in the long term and make them part of the company’s future,” commented Maya Tsankova, People & Culture Director at Coca-Cola HBC Bulgaria.

Coke Internship 2026 is designed for third- and fourth-year university students who are looking to take their first confident steps in their professional careers. The open positions span key areas such as Planning, Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing at the company’s production centres in Kostinbrod and Bankya, Finance, Key Accounts, Business Support, as well as roles involving collaboration with customers and distributors.

The main objective of the programme is to attract, develop and prepare young talent by offering them the opportunity to work on real business projects, take on responsibilities and learn from experienced professionals. In this way, the company creates value both for the business and for the participants, preparing them for future career development - often within the organisation itself.
