The Coca-Cola Christmas Truck Arrives in Plovdiv on December 2

The Coca-Cola Christmas Truck Tour will kick off on December 2 in Plovdiv. The event originally scheduled for December 1 in front of the Central Post Office has been cancelled due to another large-scale initiative taking place in close proximity.

Residents and visitors of the city will be able to enjoy all the surprises arriving in Plovdiv on December 2 with the legendary red truck, located in the parking area of Kaufland (Trakia district, 47 “Osvobozhenie” Blvd.). Popular content creators Stan and Stefi will also join the event on site.

From 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, visitors will be able to experience a true Christmas journey - take photos with Santa Claus, join fun games and activities with prizes, and enjoy many other festive surprises.

Coca-Cola once again brings the magic of the holidays to different parts of Bulgaria with the beloved Christmas Truck, which will visit 17 cities across the country this December. Under the motto “Refresh the Magic of Christmas,” the company invites everyone to take a moment for joy, pause for a refreshing break, and appreciate the people who put so much care and love into making the holidays special for everyone around them.

This season, Coca-Cola reminds us that a perfect Christmas doesn’t require perfection, but presence, emotion, and shared moments. After Plovdiv, the iconic red truck will continue its journey across Bulgaria, stopping in 16 more cities. The tour will conclude in Sofia with a three-day festive finale on December 21, 22, and 23.

All cities and stops from the truck’s tour can be seen here.

In 2025 the tour will be larger in scale and closer to people, with the truck mainly positioned near large supermarkets, where Coca-Cola traditionally meets people in the midst of their festive preparations to give them a moment of refreshment and joy.

“Coca-Cola has always been part of the Christmas magic - from the first sip that refreshes and cheer, to the shared moments with the people we love. This year we want to inspire everyone to return to the simple, genuine joys of the holiday - to notice kindness, to smile, and to give themselves a moment together”, says Bosko Popeskov, Country Manager of Coca-Cola Bulgaria.

At the center of this year’s campaign is also the new version of the legendary Christmas song from Coca-Cola’s 1999 commercial “The Holidays Are Coming” - a melody that for 26 years has preserved the spirit of the holidays and brought generations together around the feeling of warmth, comfort, and togetherness. Performed by Orlin Pavlov, with updated lyrics and a refreshed sound, the song connects the shared moments we remember with the way we celebrate today.

You can listen to the song here.

In addition to bringing joy and light to people, this year’s tour also has a social focus. In partnership with Operation Teddy Bear, Coca-Cola will support fundraising for Bulgaria’s young talents - young people who dream of developing and following their own path. Thus, the festive magic will reach even more people, and every good deed will become part of a greater cause.

Coca-Cola is partnering with Ecopack to ensure packaging collection during Coca-Cola Christmas Truck Tour events, promoting separate waste collection and recycling during the festivities.

This year, Coca-Cola invites everyone to join the national Christmas campaign by collecting the three syllables “KO-LE-DA” from the promotional packages of Coca-Cola beverages, giving them the chance to win a limited-edition Christmas Truck.
