Coca-Cola HBC Bulgaria with a new Director New Businesses

Yordan Slavov succeeds Ivo Dimitrov, who assumes a new group-level position in the company


As of December 1st, Yordan Slavov will take up the position of Director New Businesses - at Coca-Cola HBC Bulgaria. He inherits the role from Ivo Dimitrov, who over the past two years has achieved record results in terms of premium alcohol brands, while also contributing to the successful growth of the coffee category. Dimitrov continues his career with the company, at group level, as Head of Global Processes, Customers and Demand Planning.

Yordan Slavov has been part of the Coca-Cola HBC Bulgaria team since 2008. He has developed a dynamic and proven successful career in marketing and sales, gaining valuable skills in strategic project management as well as market execution and managing diverse teams.

Nearly 4 years ago, Yordan Slavov took another bold step in his career path, moving from his role as Marketing Director for Bulgaria to join the Sales Department as Regional Sales Director West. Together with his team, he established the Western region as the best performing, with increasing value and volume shares and the highest employee engagement score.

In 2021, Slavov took the position of Head of Key Accounts for Bulgaria and under his leadership, sales reached historic highs and value and volume shares in Coca-Cola HBC's 24/7 portfolio continued their trajectory of sustained growth.

Yordan Slavov holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Constructor University in Bremen, Germany. He also holds an MBA from City University in Seattle, USA.
