Coca-Cola HBC Bulgaria Celebrates the Anniversaries of its Production Plants with a Special Mini Movie

Five thematic episodes present the people who create the magic of Coca-Cola products

Coca-Cola HBC Bulgaria celebrates the anniversaries of its two plants  - in Kostinbrod and Bankia, with a special mini movie  that tells their story and presents the people behind the production of its products in Bulgaria. Especially for the 25^th anniversary of the production  plant for soft sparkling drinks in Kostinbrod and the 15^th anniversary of the one for mineral water - in Bankia, the Coca-Cola System in Bulgaria will immerse the audience in the magic of production and will introduce them to some of the main characters, thanks to whom their favorite drinks reach them. Guided by the belief that people are the main driver for both the business and the progress of every organization, the System puts people in the focus of the campaign.

The unique film presents both key moments of the large-scale production and the stages of development and modernization of the production capacities, as well as the personal stories of the people who are the driving force of the whole process. Among them are employees with many years of experience and such who have joined the company’s team in recent years. What they all have in common is the passion and dedication they put into their work, and their ultimate goal - quality products, satisfied customers and happy consumers. Each of the more than 500 professionals working in Kostinbrod and Bankia has their own contribution and trace in the history of the plants. The film opens the door to their personal world and motivation, the emotions that accompany the work for one of the most exciting companies and preferred employer in our country and the memorable experiences related their favorite products and trusted workplace.

The mini movie is divided into 5 short episodes, which in just a few minutes illustrate the scale and the way the two plants function. Each of the episodes, which will be presented in some of the biggest online media outlets in the next few weeks, is based on one of the five strategic pillars for the development of the company - Portfolio, Professionals, Productivity, Planet, Partners.

The first episode, The Path of The Bottle, is an introduction for viewers in the world of Coca-Cola production in our country. It presents long-term employees in the factories, some of them with work experience of 20 years or more. Moravka Sergeeva (QA Technician - Kostinbrod) share the memories of her first working days and the excitement to be part of the history of Coca-Cola. Nikolay Doynov (Line Operator—Kostinbrod) and Ivan Gigov (Shift Supervisor - Bankia) talk about the subtleties of the production processes.

Borislav Alexiev (Injection Molding Operator—Kostinbrod), Krasimir Shtipliev (Production Manager - Kostinbrod) and Asen Momchilov (Maintenance & Continuous Improvеment Manager - Bankia) present the path of a bottle of beverage and the transformation it undergoes before falling into the hands of consumers - from PET material, through preform to finished high quality product.

Evtim Evtimov (Plant Project Engineer - Kostinbrod) shares the excitements related to the evolution and modernization of the production process, and Tsvetelina Mihaylova—a Line Operator with more than 15 years of experience in Bankia, talks about the machines she works with and knows down to the smallest detail.

The first episode is already online, and in the coming weeks, the other parts of the series with which The Coca-Cola System in Bulgaria celebrates the anniversaries of its two production centers in Bulgaria - Kostinbrod (25 years) and Bankia (15 years) will be presented.
