For the first time in Bulgaria, an audio-visual exhibition will present the first bottle from the limited Tales of The Macallan collection

For the first time in Bulgaria, an audio-visual exhibition will be held, where the first whiskey from The Macallan's limited collection - Tales of The Macallan will be presented. The most exclusive series on the market contains a total of 6 bottles, and the first of them - Tales of The Macallan Volume I, will be presented in an untraditional way to a wide audience in the metropolitan gallery “VIVACOM ART HALL Oborishte 5”, from December 5^th to 8^th between 14:00 and 21:00. Connoisseurs of high-quality whiskey will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in a different premium experience, and Bulgaria is among the first markets in the world where admirers and collectors of the amber drink will have the opportunity to feel the history and the art behind the first bottle that brings The Macallan's heritage to life.

Encased in a Lalique crystal decanter, Tales of The Macallan was distilled back in 1950 and bottled in 2021, to be presented 71 years later and transport fans to another time, revealing a story of new beginnings and one fulfilled a dream. The first bottle of single malt limited whiskey from the collection is “hidden” in an exclusive almanac of 800 pages, telling unsuspected details of the life of the pioneer John Grant and his wife - the owners of the barley fields and the Easter Elchies Estate residence, who at the beginning of the 18th century build the residence and start the story of The Macallan.

The audio-visual exhibition will allow avid whiskey lovers to touch curious and memorable moments from the history of the limited collection, whose distributor in Bulgaria is Coca-Cola HBC. Visitors will experience the time when the foundations of the single malt whiskey experience, created centuries ago and still evolving today, were laid, and will have the opportunity to see live the bottle that holds The Macallan's story.

Tickets for the audio-visual exhibition in the gallery “VIVACOM ART HALL Oborishte 5” can be purchased on the spot, and they will be offered in two categories: a standard tour - at a price of BGN 50, including tasting whiskey and the opportunity to purchase rare bottles from different collections of The Macallan, as well as a compliment - a special certificate from visiting the exhibition, and a personal tour, which will be available at a price of BGN 100. The personal ticket will provide visitors with both the complete audio-visual experience and the certificate for it, as well as an additional complement - a tasting of limited edition The Macallan whiskey and a personal guide.
