For the fourth consecutive year, Coca-Cola HBC in Bulgaria has received the international Top Employer recognition from the global authority in HR certification - the Top Employers Institute. The distinction confirms the company's commitment to providing a sustainable and highly effective workplace. The award highlights the remarkable quality of Coca-Cola HBC's practices in key areas such as overall human resource management, creating a favorable working environment, attracting and developing talent, and initiatives to support employee health and satisfaction.

The international independent organization Top Employers Institute specializes in reviewing, assessing, and certifying companies with excellent employer practices. As part of the Top Employers program, companies undergo an in-depth analysis and an audit of their HR policies and processes. To date, the institute has certified over 2,500 companies in 131 countries and regions, with the assessment covering key areas such as people strategy, work environment, talent attraction and development, training, diversity and inclusion, as well as employee welfare and support initiatives. In this year's study, Coca-Cola HBC achieved an overall score of 85.93%. The company achieved a maximum score of 100% in the "Business Strategy" category, which is a clear indicator of the effectiveness of its management decisions and sustainable growth. Excellent performance was also reported in the "Develop" category, with 95.59% achieved, including 94.55% in "Performance," 92.86% in "Career," and 100% in "Learning". Coca-Cola HBC also recorded significant growth and results above 90% in the key category "Attract," achieving 96.00% in the subcategory "Employer Brand" and 93.6% in "Talent Acquisition."

Through the #YouthEmpowered program, the company provides access to training, practical challenges, and mentoring support, which has benefited near 36,000 young people in Bulgaria since 2017. To ensure a successful career start, young people go through a series of interactive modules in the initiative aimed at developing key skills and improving their competitiveness.
