The LEAD Network officially launched its Bulgarian chapter as part of its mission to promote equality and diversity in the workplace within the fast-moving consumer goods and retail sector. On this occasion, and as a representative of one of the founding companies, our General Manager spoke candidly to the readers of BGlobal magazine.
Why is it essential to strive for a more diverse working environment?
At Coca-Cola HBC Bulgaria, we believe growth and leadership have no gender, color, or age. Uniting efforts around this understanding is essential for building a sustainable diversity, inclusion, and equality culture. When companies in an industry adhere to similar principles of inclusion, they establish standards that lay the foundation for cultural change and remove barriers for various groups of people.
