Cocktail consumption in Bulgaria has been trending upward for the past 15 years due to influences from abroad. Of course, Bulgarians maintain their identity by preferring neat drinks at home. While there's a difference in consumption patterns between cocktail bars and casual settings, the popularity of mixed beverages is growing.
