Yavor Stefanov is the new director of the Sales Department of Coca-Cola HBC Bulgaria. He will take over from his predecessor, Marko Andrić, who will henceforth be responsible for the company's sales operations in Romania.

As a Sales Director, Stefanov will lead more than 400 professionals and will be responsible for the strategic management and future development of the trade business of Coca-Cola HBC, as well as for establishing a flexible and customer-oriented sales organization.

“It is a professional challenge and responsibility for me to continue to uphold the leading position of Coca-Cola HBC on the market. We are constantly enriching our 24/7 portfolio and offering a variety of solutions for all consumption occasions and shopping of our customers. I know the capabilities of the team from the inside, and together we will continue to build excellence in all channels”, commented Yavor Stefanov.

His career path at Coca-Cola HBC began in 2005 as a Sales Representative. Over the past 17 years, he climbed consecutive stairs throughout his career, building extensive and critical experience in the field of sales and trade skills. In recent years, Stefanov has successfully implemented a new model of work, thanks to which the company is improving its market shares and expanding its entry into new households.
