10 experts from the Coca-Cola marketing and communications system shared their knowledge and experience in a first-of-its-kind digital academy
The Coca-Cola digital academy in SoftUni Digital took place with great interest- more than 3000 participants, thirsty for knowledge, took part in the initiative. For several weeks, 10 experts from the Coca-Cola System in Bulgaria held training sessions on topics such as brand management, online commerce, portfolio management, commercial marketing, corporate communications, corporate social responsibility and others.
The purpose of the free academy, realized in collaboration with SoftUni Digital, was to increase the skills and to broaden the scope of competences of the young specialists in these fields, and the speakers revealed the subtleties in creating and implementing the strategies behind the most popular soft drinks in the world.
The initiative, which is part of the Coca-Cola #YouthEmpowered program for supporting the career development of young people, coincides with the 55th anniversary of Coca-Cola in Bulgaria. Driven by its commitment to this cause, the Coca-Cola System in Bulgaria decided to celebrate the anniversary by giving young people in the country the opportunity to train and learn directly from leading specialists who work for some of the most recognizable brands in the world. For the last 4 years since the launch of #YouthEmpowered in our country, over 200 specialists have spent more than 3,200 hours training over 10,000 young people across the country. In 2020, #YouthEmpowered continued its mission to increase the knowledge and competencies of young people in the country, going entirely online.
The Coca-Cola Digital Academy in SoftUni Digital is a natural continuation of the company’s efforts to support the education of young people in the country, and the #YouthEmpowered program will go on in 2021 with many new opportunities for young people in Bulgaria.
