Coca-Cola HBC Bulgaria provides new opportunities for young talents through its summer Coke Internship Program 2024

The company offers 8 positions for its three-month paid program


One of the keys to the successful business development of Coca-Cola HBC Bulgaria is the company's care for its employees and the development of their potential. As part of its drive to create and develop the best teams in the industry, Coca-Cola HBC Bulgaria has once again launched its summer internship program - Coke Internship. The initiative gives young talents, who have completed their second year or above, the opportunity to develop their skills and gain experience in various fields. This year interns will have the chance to work side by side with experienced professionals from 8 departments of the leading soft drinks company in Bulgaria. The program will offer a three-month internship with competitive pay, from June 15th to September 15th, and participants will be able to immerse themselves in different aspects of the business in the areas of Finance, two diverse functions within the Sales department (eRetail & FSA and Route to Market) , Marketing, Premium Coffee, Logistics, Procurement and Planning. In this year's Coke Internship program, Coca-Cola HBC Bulgaria promises its interns more than just a job - they will be part of an exciting adventure. From a special induction program, through visits to the company's production centers in Bankya and Kostinbrod, to coaching sessions and a variety of training sessions in the 24/7 Coca-Cola HBC portfolio. Trainees will be involved in a full three-month hands-on experience with a flexible 8-hour workday schedule, which will mark the beginning of their career journey.

Each participant in the program will have the opportunity to work with a mentor on an individual project or an existing project of the company, which is among the first FMCG companies in Bulgaria, awarded as Top Employer by the prestigious international Top Employers Institute. In the Finance Department, the trainees will have the opportunity to get acquainted with the analysis of financial data, the preparation of reports and the development of strategies for managing the company's resources. Young people who choose an internship position in the Sales Department will be among the team responsible for excellent commercial service in the market and will have the opportunity to get involved in processes such as customer negotiations, building sustainable relationships and achieving goals that lead the company to leading positions. In the Marketing team, interns will work directly on various marketing and advertising campaigns for some of the most popular brands in the world, as well as participate in the process of positioning the company's products in the market. Interns in the Premium Coffee department will experience the work of the people responsible for and developing the company's 24/7 portfolio of high-quality coffee beverages. In the Logistics department, the youngsters will have the opportunity to learn more about the supply chain optimization process, inventory management and the organization of transport solutions. Trainees in the Procurement department will gain valuable knowledge and experience about managing supplier relationships, analysing commercial conditions, and ensuring the supply of the company's products. With the responsibility of working in the Planning Department, the youngsters will have the opportunity to be involved in developing strategic plans to optimize the business and achieve the goals set by the company.

The summer internship program of Coca-Cola HBC Bulgaria is a natural continuation of the company's efforts to develop young talent. Another key initiative of Coca-Cola HBC Bulgaria in this direction is the #YouthEmpowered educational program, which has been running successfully for 7 years. During this period, the initiative has supported thousands of young people in the country, helping them to develop their personal skills and business competencies. With the participation of more than 460 experts, the educational initiative has managed to earn the attention of over 25,000 young people from all over the country, introducing them to the world of valuable knowledge and habits necessary for a successful start of their career path.
