For the third year in a row, Coca-Cola HBC has been honoured with the prestigious Top Employer certification by the international Top Employers Institute. This accolade reflects the company’s high achievements in key areas such as business strategy, employee engagement and development, and overall human resource management. Through consistent, team-oriented actions, Coca-Cola HBC continues to solidify its position as a preferred employer in Bulgaria. The company actively invests in the development of its employees, providing numerous opportunities for career growth and professional training.

The international independent organization Top Employers Institute has been evaluating and certifying the best practices in human resources worldwide for over 30 years. To date, the institute has certified over 2,400 companies in 125 countries and regions based on in-depth analysis and independent audits of their HR practices across several key areas, including employee benefits, working conditions, training and career development, equality and inclusion, and more. In this year’s evaluation, Coca-Cola HBC achieved an overall score of 88.37%. The company saw significant growth of over 10% in the "Business Strategy" category, reaching a perfect score of 100%, clearly demonstrating the effectiveness of its management decisions and sustainable growth. Additionally, Coca-Cola HBC achieved nearly 99% in the "Employee Listening" category, highlighting its commitment to fostering an open and supportive work environment. The company's impressive results in employee development include scores of 94.55% in "Performance," 93.75% in "Career," and 97.78% in "Learning". Scores exceeding 90%, along with significant year-over-year growth, were also achieved in critical categories like "Leadership" and "Employer Branding".

In addition to employee development, Coca-Cola HBC actively invests in the future of young people through its #YouthEmpowered program. To date, more than 30,000 young people in Bulgaria have participated in the initiative, which offers specially designed training aimed at developing key skills such as time management, effective communication, teamwork, and leadership. Thanks to the volunteers from Coca-Cola HBC Bulgaria, many young people from different regions of the country have gained valuable knowledge and practical guidance. This support aims to help individuals aged 16 to 25 develop essential skills and make a smooth transition to the labor market after completing their education, contributing to their successful professional realization in Bulgaria.
