The company received the prestigious global certification from the international Top Employers Institute due to the high quality of its employer practices and policies

Coca-Cola HBC is among the first FMCG companies in Bulgaria to be awarded as a Top Employer by the prestigious international Top Employers Institute. The company earned the prestigious certificate thanks to its overall score of 88% and its high achievements in the categories of employee development, talent attraction, employer brand and human resources.

The Top Employers Institute is an international independent organization for the verification and certification of best practice in HR. The international institute has certified more than 2 300 organizations in 121 countries around the world, through in-depth analysis of the results of a survey of employer practices in place. The survey covers a total of 6 key areas in HR, consisting of over 20 topics, including people strategy, work environment, talent attraction, training, diversity, equity and inclusion, well-being and more. Coca-Cola HBC's results in the 2024 survey show impressive success in a few categories. These include 'Development', comprising overall organizational performance, career development and training, where the company achieved a score of almost 98%. In the "Digital HR" and "Work Environment" categories, Coca-Cola HBC scored nearly 91%. The company also stands out with scores significantly higher than average, at nearly 89%, in the categories of “Business Strategy”, “Leadership”, “Employer Branding” and “Talent Acquisition”.

"We are delighted to be one of the first FMCG companies to achieve the Top Employer certification and that in many of the processes we have been audited on, we have been recognized as having some of the best practices among all companies. The certification by the Top Employers Institute has been gaining increasing popularity and weight in Europe in recent years. The reason is that it is a result of a very serious audit of all processes in the organization related to people, and obtaining it ensures that they are at an excellent level," commented Nevyan Petrov, People and Culture Director at Coca-Cola HBC Bulgaria.

"The Top Employer certification is yet another recognition of our ongoing commitment to creating a stimulating and supportive work environment for every member of our team. This distinction is the result of the collective effort and commitment of all our colleagues," said Silvia Ivanova, People and Culture Manager at Coca-Cola Hellenic's Shared Services Center in Bulgaria, and adding: „The economic value of their contribution can be expressed in the experience they have, which helps the company to continuously develop, the knowledge they have gained from the many different trainings and their ability to deliver impressive results in line with our values."
